Refunds are only applicable to subscription plans or one-time purchases made directly through XNow.rest.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be considered if:
The service purchased is defective or not as described.
There is a technical issue on our side preventing access to the service.
The customer cancels a subscription within the trial period (if applicable).
Payments made for services already delivered or consumed.
Custom development work or additional services requested outside the standard plans.
Refunds will not be provided for voluntary cancellation after the trial or refund period.
