  • Refunds are only applicable to subscription plans or one-time purchases made directly through XNow.rest.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds will be considered if:

    • The service purchased is defective or not as described.

    • There is a technical issue on our side preventing access to the service.

    • The customer cancels a subscription within the trial period (if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made for services already delivered or consumed.

  • Custom development work or additional services requested outside the standard plans.

  • Refunds will not be provided for voluntary cancellation after the trial or refund period.

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Order ID or transaction details

  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
